Meet the Staff
Dr. Goldwire believes her greatest asset in treating her patients is not her office or her most advanced piece of dental equipment. Without a doubt, it is her staff. They are a wonderful group of ladies who have a genuine love for dentistry.
Jo-Jo, Dental Assistant
Jo-Jo has been in the dental field for over a decade now (She doesn’t like the way that sounds because it makes her feel old). She never thought that she would find so much joy in the dental field. Originally, she took courses in Medical Assisting and Computer Networking and Hardware; but found true satisfaction with teeth. She enjoys spending time with her family, however, her favorite pastime is being with her dogs Herby and Otis.
Krystle, Patient Care Coordinator
Krystle began her career in dental over 16 years ago, and thanks to her background in dental assisting she has extensive knowledge of both back and front office operations. She is happy to be back working with Dr. Goldwire, after having worked as a manager with her in a previous office. Krystle enjoys getting to know our patients personally, and working with them to make their experience at our office as easy as possible. She will help you schedule your appointments, coordinate insurance, transfer previous records, and answer any questions or concerns you have. Personally she enjoys spending time, when she can, with her husband, son, step-son, step-daughter, and her dog. She enjoys dancing, eating food, music, and traveling.
Jennifer, Office Manager
You may recognize Jennifer from a couple years back when she worked here during the last few years of Dr. James' career. She decided to come back to us as a part time employee! Jennifer has worked as a dental assistant since 2001 and is currently working as a patient care coordinator, although, you may see her in the back office from time to time.
Jassett, Sterilization Technician / Office Assistant
Jassett has been working in the dental field since 2013. While completing her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia, she worked as a sterilization technician and continues to occupy this position since completing her degree in 2016. She helps the office in any way that she can and continues to focus on her scientific interests. Personally, Jassett enjoys writing for professional and personal purposes, spending time with family and friends, and indulging in the newest reality/docu-series.
